How to make Poi's
How to make Poi’s
Yarn ( 2 colors )
Small plate
Scissors
Staffing
( 2 ) Plastic Bags
Measure yarn from fingertips to shoulder,
Make ( 16 ) strands this length,
Cut strands at the end still connected to the ball of yarn,
Repeat with second color yarn, These strands will be braided to make the cord,
Create the pompom by wrapping yarn around the plate approx 80 times.
Insert cord strands through the pompom loop,
Secure pom pom to work surface
Separate strands into a plus sign,
And crosses their strands by passing them hand to hand
Continue alternating until cord is desired length,
Tie a knot at the top, Make sure to leave long tails at the end,
Tie a piece of yarn around the base of the pom pom,
Cut off ends, and pom pom is complete,
Tie yarn tails around stuffing to connect,
Cut open plastic bag and place stuffing in center,
Put plastic tight evenly around the stuffing,
Tie off with yarn,
Trim plastic, leaving some as a decorative edge if desired,
Repeat the process to create your second poi.

Similes about my MUM
Mum
Her hair is as dark as the night sky.
Her skin is white like a piece of paper.
Her smile is as lovely as a growing flower.
Her hands are so smooth.
She always cooks.
I appreciate my Mum.

The new Playground
On thursday the 6th of may 2021 Everyone played on the new built playground. My favourite part of the new playground was the lily pad swing. It was my favourite because I liked the way we went up and down on the lily pad swing. I enjoyed it a lot. It was very fun. It is going to be more fun because we have another turn tomorrow.
